Summary
Assists Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) physicians with client management, clinic operations, and treatment support in a Singapore-based TCM care clinic.
Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Attend to clients and perform front-desk duties including registration, manage appointments, coordinate follow-ups and payment collection
- Provide information about services, procedures, and pricing
- Assist with client inquiries and direct them to appropriate physicians
Clinic Maintenance:
- Manage inventory of TCM products
- Maintain a clean and organised clinic environment, ensuring that all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use
Treatment Support:
- Assist TCM Physicians with various procedures
- Ensure that all clinical supplies are stocked and prepared for treatments
- Support physicians during therapies
- Monitor patient progress and note changes to inform physicians
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent, preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in a TCM clinic or healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service-oriented with a polite and professional demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
- Possess passion and interests in TCM or healthcare industry
- Able to commit 5.5 day work week
