TCM Clinic Assistant

Position: TCM Clinical Assistant 诊所助理

Location: Toa Payoh 大巴窑总院

Working hours : 5 days - Night Shift (12.30pm-10.00pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Registration of patients and collection of payments
• Dispensing of Chinese Herbal Medicine
• Refill and top up of medications
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and equipment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a medical or TCM clinic is a plus but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
• Fluent in English and Basic Mandarin (to educate patients on correct consumption of TCM Herbal Medication)
