Clinic Assistant (Operations & Patient Experience)

Location: Fortune Centre, Singapore

At THE TCM FOLKS, we are a modern specialty TCM pain clinic dedicated to helping people move and feel better. We combine Traditional Chinese Medicine with patient education and evidence-informed care to provide a premium healthcare experience.

We're looking for someone who is warm, organised, proactive and enjoys working with people. No prior TCM experience is required—we value attitude, willingness to learn and attention to detail above all else.

What You'll Be Doing

Patient Experience

  • Welcome and attend to patients warmly and professionally.
  • Manage appointment bookings and enquiries across WhatsApp, phone calls and online platforms.
  • Guide patients through their first visit and ensure a smooth clinic experience.
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment plans where required.
  • Handle payment collection and basic cashiering duties.

Clinic Operations

  • Prepare treatment rooms before and after each consultation.
  • Ensure the clinic is clean, well-organised and operating smoothly throughout the day.
  • Manage inventory levels and replenish clinical supplies.
  • Assist in maintaining clinic SOPs and daily operations checklists.
  • Coordinate physician schedules and manage day-to-day administrative matters.
  • Perform basic data entry and reporting tasks.
  • Assist in packing and dispensing of herbal medication
  • Support operational projects and process improvements when required.
