TCM Consultant + Front Desk

Our TCM Clinic is looking for a Consultant who is interested in TCM Treatments and able to help patients through the process. This individual will be handling from treatments assisting to front desk duties.

Location: 111 Mall or Centrepoint branch, both opposite Somerset MRT

6 days work week

Weekdays : 10:00am – 7:30pm
Weekends: 10:00am – 7:00pm

Responsibilities 岗位职责:

• Attend to patients, talk to them and understand their troubles.
• Give them a tour of our clinic
• Able to handles any sales duties when required.
• Manage Physicians request.
• Help out with the water feeding procedure under our specialty treatment.
• Attend to front desk duties
• Attend to Sales Duties
• 接待患者，
• 与他们沟通并了解他们的困扰。
• 带领患者参观我们的诊所。
• 在需要时能够处理销售相关事宜。
• 处理医师的需求。
• 协助完成我们特色疗法中的喂水程序。
• 负责前台接待工作。
• 负责销售工作。
• 协助医师工作。

Attend to Physicians.

Requirements 岗位要求:

• Able to speak converse in Mandarin as majority of our patients speaks mandarin.
• Prior experience in a clinic setting is a bonus
• Interest in TCM would be a good addition.
• 能够用流利的中文交流，
• 因为我们的大多数患者使用中文。
• 有诊所工作经验者优先考虑。
• 对中医感兴趣者更佳。
