Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Support clinical treatments and procedures to ensure effective patient care
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms according to hygiene and safety standards
- Monitor and ensure patient comfort throughout treatment sessions
- Perform herbal dispensary tasks accurately to support prescribed therapies
- Assist with clinic operations and identify opportunities for business development
- Learn clinical reasoning and advanced TCM practices under the guidance of the Medical Director
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
- Registration or eligibility to register with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) Singapore
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively interact with patients and team members

- Fresh graduates welcome; willingness to learn and develop clinical expertise from the ground up
