Job Summary
Provide professional Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) consultation and treatments while ensuring accurate patient documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional TCM consultations and treatments to patients to address their health needs
- Respond promptly and accurately to patient inquiries regarding treatments and TCM-related information
- Document treatment services and prescribed medicines accurately in the TCM database for patient records
- Participate in TCM health talks and workshops to enhance patient education and professional knowledge
- Comply with the TCM Physician’s Code of Conduct and Ministry of Health’s regulatory requirements to maintain professional standards
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
- Registration as a TCM Practitioner with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (Singapore)
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in TCM practice
