TCM Wellness Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager / Sales Supervisor to join our wellness and TCM body therapy business.

The candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, front desk sales, appointment follow-up, package sales, customer relationship management and daily outlet sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer enquiries, walk-in customers and appointment bookings

* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable wellness therapy packages

* Follow up with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp and in-store communication

* Achieve monthly personal and outlet sales targets

* Support daily front desk operations, including payment collection and customer registration

* Maintain customer records, package details and daily sales reports

* Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth service arrangements

* Handle customer feedback professionally and follow up when necessary

* Support the team in improving customer experience, service quality and sales performance

* Assist in basic administrative work and daily outlet operations

Requirements:

* Experience in sales, customer service, wellness, beauty, retail or service industry is preferred

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Able to understand customer needs and provide suitable recommendations

* Responsible, proactive and target-oriented

* Able to work in a fast-paced service environment

* Basic computer skills and ability to manage customer records

* Good team player with a positive working attitude

* Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays when required

* Ability to communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking customers will be an advantage due to customer service needs
