Core Responsibilities

• Build and publish Copilot Studio agents to Teams and M365 Copilot
• Create Power Automate flows and custom connectors to external APIs
• Build and host custom agents on Azure AI Foundry

Copilot Studio Skills -Must

• Agent instructions and scope design
• Generative orchestration and classic topics
• Actions, tools, and custom connectors
• Knowledge sources and grounding
• Variables and multi-turn context
• Adaptive Cards
• Channels: Teams, M365 Copilot, web

Azure AI Foundry Skills - Must

• Foundry Agent Service: agents, threads, tools, connected agents
• Model catalog and deployment (GPT, open models, fine-tuned endpoints)
• Foundry projects, hubs, and connections
• Azure AI Search integration for RAG
• Prompt flow for orchestration and testing
• Evaluations: groundedness, relevance, safety scoring
