Network Lead at Tata Consultancy Services in Chennai (8-10 yrs experience): designs and builds SD-WAN and enterprise network environments, manages IPAM and routing (BGP, OSPF, VLAN), handles vendor contracts and firmware patching, and leads triage/root-cause analysis of LAN, WAN and Voice incidents.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have-
- Design, configure, Network devices, SDWAN • IPAM management & strong in BGP, OSPF, VLAN • SDWAN design and build • Manage and maintain the support contract with vendor • Plan and mitigate the vulnerabilities by periodic firmware upgrades and hotfix patches • Coordinate with vendor for part replacement and high priority issues • Provide design and solutioning on setting up the new environment • Analyze and perform bug scrub validation for the newly recommended codes • Triage, identify and fix the incidents related to Network LAN, WAN & Voice • Deep dive analysis of reoccurring major / critical incidents and provide root cause analysis • Coordinate with other support teams Network, Security, and application team for regular BAU operations
Good-to-Have
- Deep dive analysis of reoccurring major / critical incidents and provide root cause analysis • Coordinate with other support teams Network, Security, and application team for regular BAU operations • Having deep knowledge in F5 Load, Routing and switching, Cisco ACI & Palo alto.
