What we ask:
- Availability to work 3 shifts a week minimum. Before and/or after school hours may be available. **
- Hours and work locations may vary based on site availability and operational needs.
- This position will float between assigned sites as needed to support shift coverage and business operations.
- Willing to travel to all 21 school sites throughout Lincoln.
-Communicate positively and be respectful of fellow team members.
- Build and support relationships with school personnel and partners.
- Maintain a safe learning environment for program participants.
This role requires on-site work at assigned locations. All required trainings will be assigned based on the employee’s position and job responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school or GED equivalent required unless actively pursuing high school or GED equivalent.
OTHER CREDENTIALS / CERTIFICATIONS:
- Basic Life Support (CPR) and Basic First Aid certification are required at the time of employment or to be completed within 60 days of hire.
- This position requires completion of mandatory trainings and background screenings.
In-person orientation, a background check, reliable transportation, and attendance at required in-person trainings after hiring are required.
