Job Summary

Join ILLAC as a teacher to deliver our specially-designed program for P1 to P5 students, fostering a love for learning beyond the MOE syllabus while supporting student progress and engaging parents with timely feedback.

Responsibilities

• Teach P1 to P5 students using ILLAC’s in-house curriculum to enhance academic and character development
• Provide timely, clear feedback to parents on student progress and learning outcomes
• Manage and monitor student progression and advancement through the program to ensure continuous improvement
• Develop and update curriculum materials as needed to maintain program relevance and effectiveness
• Foster a positive, approachable learning environment that motivates students to love learning and achieve peak performance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience to effectively engage and support students
• Comfortable working in the West region to meet operational needs
• Strong belief in the power of education to transform lives
• Demonstrated desire to make a positive impact on children’s learning and development
• Approachable and experienced in working with children to build trust and rapport
