In a Infant Teacher, we look for committed, organized, ambitious, caring, loving individuals who are excited about making a difference in the lives of our students and their families. Our Teachers understand that this is more than just a job, they are joining a team, and their teammates will be working with and depending on them for success. Some of the exciting things you will do as a Infant Teacher include, but are not limited to:
- Make a difference everyday!
- Work collaboratively with all teachers to ensure consistency throughout the program
- Work collaboratively and contribute to daily lesson plans that challenge students at all levels
- Communicate daily with parents through verbal face to face, email, daily sheets, etc.
- Work with and perform duties assigned by your lead teacher
- Represent Open Minds in a professional manner
- Build positive relationships in our surrounding communities
- Be a positive role model for your students
- Effectively manage your classroom/age group
- Attend monthly curriculum training (High Scope)
Salary Ranges
$15.00-$18.50 per/hour
