Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop therapeutic and engaging classroom lessons centered around noted education principles.
• Review and dissect data to identify areas of student growth.
• Provide all students the highest quality education.
• Hold all members of our school community to high expectations in our collective pursuit of mission and vision.
• Elevate classroom learning to develop students’ sense of self-worth, wonder and a love of learning.
• Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and develops a culture of excellence.
• Work cooperatively with Center for Excellence Clinical Coaches to learn from feedback and improve the quality of instruction.
• Communicate with parents, guardians, and treatment team members regularly regarding all aspects of student’s performance.
