My Gym Carlsbad is hiring!!!

Does work have to be… work?

We’re just big kids at heart — We like to work hard and play harder!

We might be a bit biased, but My Gym is a fun, positive, happy environment. Brush your hair, pull on some leggings & socks, pick up your iced white chocolate mocha, and WORK IT!

When we say #ily, we mean it — fun meetings, snacks, room for growth, and tips are all part of the package. Plus, a flexible work schedule, cake on the weekends, and a chill work family who cares about you. 🥰

If you’re anything like us, you’re:

Someone who has fun energy, a playful personality, loves kids, and your favorite past-time is browsing Target.

A warm friend. A team player who follows through and always gives and is reliable and communicative. Our kids & families will bond with you, so ghosts need not apply.

A genuine love for #tinyhumans — from babies to upper elementary ages

Ability to work 25+ hours per week, including some weekends

Commitment to learn the curriculum and take direction well/easily

Stage presence — If the idea of leading classes sounds scary, we might not be the right fit for you. Don’t worry, we won’t be offended.

Effective leadership and motivational skills

A background in dance, sports, theatre, child development, or fitness is a huuuge plus!

What’s in it for you?

Pay starts at $16 per hour. Average trained staff members earn $17-20 per hour. But wait! There’s more:

Upward mobility — We promote from within!

Tips! Our families are generous and take good care of our party hosts on the weekends.

Free food! I mean, who doesn’t love a well-stocked snack pantry??

Think you’re what we’re looking for?

We’re ready to meet you! Send us your resume, and, if you really want to stand out from the crowd, also attach a short bio and tell us why you want to be a part of our #mygymfamily.
