Team Lead Account Executives

About the Role

This is a hands-on sales leadership position at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the industrial procurement intelligence space. You'll lead a team of ~5 Account Executives targeting the DACH market while carrying your own quota — combining frontline selling with people development, structured coaching, and go-to-market strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Own a customer segment and lead a team of ~5 Account Executives to capture a large greenfield opportunity across the DACH region.

  • Close deals against a personal quota while coaching the team to exceed collective revenue targets.

  • Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute go-to-market strategy for a greenfield market.

  • Deliver measurable procurement value to industrial customers — including cost optimization, supply chain risk reduction, and regulatory compliance.

  • Build a high-performing sales team through structured training, hands-on deal support, and performance management.

  • Join critical customer conversations to influence deal strategy, support negotiations, and develop business cases.

  • Implement and coach structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC) to sharpen discovery, qualification, and pipeline discipline.

  • Drive performance through metrics tracking, pipeline reviews, and targeted action planning to improve win rates and deal velocity.

  • Identify AI-powered workflows to accelerate team productivity and share best practices across the broader sales organisation.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS with complex, non-transactional sales cycles.

  • At least 1 year in a sales leadership role, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Hands-on proficiency with MEDDIC and a proven ability to coach others in its application.

  • Experience leading GTM strategy for a greenfield or market-entry context, including go-to-market planning and cross-functional alignment.

  • Domain background in manufacturing procurement technology and delivering value around cost optimization, risk reduction, or regulatory alignment for industrial customers.

  • Strong strategic thinking paired with a bias for tactical execution.

  • Fluency in both German and English (business level in each).

  • Based in Munich and available to work on-site full-time.
