You have over 6 years work experience as a C# developer and get bonus points if you have experience with PHP and/or front-end technology such as React or Javascript.
You have leadership experience and strong people management skills
You have experience with giving feedback, motivating and coaching developers with their technical and soft skills..
You are able to balance architectural and business value and can actively promote reducing technical debt while delivering value.
Scrum/Agile comes naturally to you.
You have experience with different types of data stores such as Oracle, or AWS.
You have worked in teams with different nationalities.
