Team Lead, C# Software & DevOps

Summary

Lead a team developing C#/.NET Core software for industrial systems, while owning DevOps pipelines and CI/CD automation across Windows/Linux environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using C#, .NET Core on Windows and Linux platforms
  • Design, develop, and support a globally distributed software environment for manufacturing and service operations
  • Contribute actively to architecture decisions, code quality, and engineering standards
  • Work within an international Agile/Scrum team to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions
  • Integrate software with industrial and hardware-adjacent systems in distributed environments
  • Collaborate closely with production and service engineers and managers to define requirements, analyse complex issues, and deliver scalable solutions
  • Perform root-cause analysis and drive sustainable improvements across the software lifecycle
  • Take ownership of software quality across the full development lifecycle, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and releases
  • Independently organize and conduct on-site testing and validation sessions when required
  • Apply DevOps practices and automation using tools such as GitHub and Artifactory
  • Act as a technical role model, contributing to knowledge sharing, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot and apply agentic AI models (e.g. Claude Sonnet) in daily work.

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, with 5+ years of experience in software engineering and complex system development.
  • Experience in a technical leadership or team lead role, while remaining actively involved in development.
  • Strong hands-on proficiency in C# and .NET, including object-oriented design, automated testing, and deployment.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub and Artifactory.
  • Solid experience working in Windows and Linux environments.
  • Familiarity with network technologies (e.g. firewalls, DMZ); image processing is a strong advantage.
  • Strong interest in automation and advanced industrial technologies, including Smart Factory and IoT.
  • Fluent in English, comfortable collaborating across Europe and Asia in multicultural teams.
  • Analytical, self-driven, and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership and willingness to travel occasionally.
