Team Lead – C++
Summary
Leads a team developing low-latency financial systems in modern C++, designing feed handlers, order management, and high-throughput trading infrastructure.
· 10 years of software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20).
· Deep understanding of market data systems, including feed handlers, ticker plants, and reference data, and/or order management/execution management systems.
· Strong grasp of multithreading, concurrency, lock-free data structures, and memory management.
· Experience with low-latency, high-throughput system design in trading or financial environments.
· Working knowledge of FIX protocol, exchange connectivity, and market data feeds such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and exchange-native feeds.
· Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka, Solace, 29West, RabbitMQ, and IPC mechanisms including shared memory and sockets.
· Proficiency with Linux, performance profiling tools such as perf, gdb, Valgrind, VTune, and CI/CD pipelines.
