Team Lead CI/CD and Version Control
You will manage, mentor, and grow a team of CI/CD engineers and version control administrators. You will own enterprise GitLab and GitHub environments, support developer deployments, troubleshoot builds, standardize pipelines, manage runners, optimize build infrastructure, and integrate security scanning into deployment pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and grow CI/CD engineers and version control administrators
- Own enterprise GitLab and GitHub environments
- Ensure platform availability, performance, access management, and maintenance
- Support development teams with deployment processes
- Troubleshoot failing builds
- Optimize pipeline performance
- Guide developers in deploying code efficiently
- Design, build, and maintain centralized CI/CD pipeline templates and automated workflows
- Manage GitLab Runners and GitHub Actions infrastructure
- Scale and optimize build environments
- Ensure version control access complies with PCI-DSS
- Integrate security scanning tools into deployment pipelines
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CI/CD automation, release engineering, or developer tooling
- 2+ years leading a technical team
