Citco is looking for a Team Lead – Full Stack Engineer to lead the design, development, deployment, and delivery of enterprise applications. This role combines technical leadership, software engineering expertise, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile team activities including planning, execution, reviews, and retrospectives
• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications
• Drive architecture discussions and technical decision-making
• Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality development standards
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Oversee project delivery across development, testing, DevOps, and support functions
• Mentor and guide team members
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years of experience with Java, Spring, and Hibernate
• 3+ years of experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React
• 3+ years of experience with Python
• 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
• Strong AWS architecture, deployment, and monitoring experience
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies
• Experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL databases

Preferred:

• Working knowledge of Kotlin
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Knowledge of accounting or general ledger systems
