About the Role
Koins Microfinance Bank, a technology and impact-driven microfinance bank focused on financial inclusion, is seeking a Team Lead, HR Business Partner to lead performance and talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, employee relations, and HR operations while providing strategic insights and leading the HR Generalist team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary HR Business Partner to assigned business functions, advising on workforce planning, talent, and people management
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and capability development
- Own the employee engagement agenda; monitor turnover/retention and lead retention interventions
- Handle complex employee relations cases and ensure consistent HR policy application
- Coordinate and consolidate monthly payroll inputs, validate changes, and resolve discrepancies
- Oversee HRIS data integrity and employee lifecycle transactions
- Partner on recruitment, workforce planning, and learning & development initiatives
- Prepare workforce reports and HC dashboards for management
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR Generalist on the portfolio
- Support HC policy implementation, compliance, and audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Social Sciences, or related field
- Professional HR qualification is an advantage
- Experience using HRIS and HR reporting tools
- 5–6 years' progressive HR experience with significant generalist/HRBP exposure
