We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead HSE to oversee and drive Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives within our offshore and island operations under ADNOC. The ideal candidate will lead the HSE team to ensure compliance with industry standards, promote a culture of safety, and manage risks effectively in a challenging oil and gas environment. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the HSE team to implement safety policies and procedures across offshore and island operations. - Develop, review, and enforce HSE standards to comply with ADNOC and regulatory requirements. - Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions. - Facilitate HSE training and awareness programs for all personnel to promote a safety-first culture. - Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend preventive measures. - Collaborate with project management and operational teams to integrate HSE practices into daily operations. - Ensure environmental compliance and promote sustainable practices in line with company and regulatory expectations. - Monitor HSE performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. - Lead emergency response planning and exercises to ensure readiness. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall health, safety, and environmental performance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Safety Management, or related field. - Minimum 7 years of experience in HSE roles within oil and gas industry, specifically offshore and island operations. - Proven experience working with ADNOC standards and PMC environments. - Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary HSE teams. - In-depth knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, industry best practices, and international standards. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging offshore conditions. - Certified HSE professional qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable. - Proficiency in risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response management. - Demonstrated commitment to promoting a proactive safety culture.
