Team Lead Implementation

You will lead implementation engineers supporting strategic customers through solution design, integration, and go-live. You will guide complex technical projects, provide escalation support, develop the team, lead process improvements and change initiatives, and advance global organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation engineers to deliver strong customer experiences and efficient go-lives
• Support robust integrations that scale
• Act as an escalation layer for complex projects and technical challenges
• Coach teams and set goals and objectives
• Scale the team while preserving organizational culture
• Lead new initiatives and organizational change
• Drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with global teams on initiatives
• Define and execute strategic initiatives

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience building and managing teams of implementation managers, technical consultants, or solution engineers
• Experience coaching, setting goals and objectives, and training teams
• Experience with integration projects in a large global company
• Experience in professional services, finance, retail, or technology
• Track record of driving global process change
• Experience setting up operational tools and procedures
• Understanding of global organizations
• Understanding of global commerce and regional client dependencies
