Team Lead of Sales
Description
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead of Sales (В2С) to manage and develop a team of Sales Managers working with our existing player database through outbound calls.
The primary focus of this role is to improve team performance, increase deposit volume, and ensure high-quality communication with players.
Requirements
- Proven experience in iGaming Sales, Retention, or VIP management
- Previous experience as a Team Lead or Senior Sales Manager
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs and player behavior
- Experience working in a contact center environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of Sales Managers (Contact Center)
- Monitor team performance and ensure KPI achievement
- Track and analyze key metrics, including:
- Deposit Volume
- Hold
- Conversion Rate
- Contact Rate
- Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings and provide coaching
- Monitor call quality and ensure communication standards are maintained
- Work closely with CRM systems and player databases to improve sales efficiency
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights
