You coach, inspire, and enjoy programming alongside them. With your sharp eye, you improve processes and motivate your team to become a little better every day. What does a Team Lead TypeScript at Coolblue do? As a Team Lead TypeScript, you lead a multidisciplinary team of 3-7 Coolblue colleagues. You are not only the team captain but also a hands-on developer, spending 75-80% of your time coding, engaging in technical discussions, making architectural decisions and doing pair programming. Together with the Product Owner, Customer Journey Specialist, Designer and Analyst, you guide the team in the right direction. You ensure code quality by applying best practices and conducting code reviews, while continuously looking for ways to improve collaboration and productivity. You foster an open culture where feedback is the norm, so new team members feel at home quickly.
