Lenahan Chiropractic is entering an exciting period of growth and is seeking a Team Lead / Operations Leader to help strengthen our systems, develop our team, improve accountability, and support the continued growth of our practice.
This is an opportunity to work directly alongside the Clinic Director to help build a practice that is becoming stronger, more efficient, and less dependent on any one individual.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys helping people succeed while improving the systems that allow an organization to grow.

You will be successful in this role when:
- Team members clearly understand expectations and accountability.

- Operational bottlenecks are identified and solved proactively.

- The patient experience remains exceptional.
- The office runs more smoothly each month because you're continually improving systems-not simply maintaining them.
- The Clinic Director spends more time leading the practice and less time managing day-to-day operational issues.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Accountability
- Lead weekly accountability meetings.
- Monitor KPIs and team performance.
- Hold team members accountable to standards and expectations.
- Coach team members through challenges and growth opportunities.
- Support a culture of ownership and results.
Operations
- Improve office systems and workflows.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operational execution.
- Assist with SOP implementation and continuous refinement.
- Monitor reporting systems and ensure consistent follow-through.
Team Development
- Help team members grow professionally.
- Improve communication and alignment.
- Support leadership development throughout the organization.
Growth & Scale
- Strengthen systems and accountability.
- Improve operational efficiency.
- Help create a more self-sustaining organization.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $68,000-$70,000 (based on experience)
