We are looking for a Team Lead People & Recruiting (f/m/x) to build and scale a world-class people function that enables Tanso to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent while fostering a high-performance culture. You will own the people function end to end, designing scalable, data-driven people practices that create an outstanding employee experience and support Tanso's growth., As Team Lead People & Recruiting, you will own the people function end to end from workforce planning and recruiting to performance management, total rewards and culture, designing scalable, data-driven people practices that create an outstanding employee experience and support Tanso's growth.Key responsibilities: Translate Tanso's business strategy into scalable people initiatives by leading workforce planning, organizational design, role architecture, and career frameworks that support sustainable growth. Own end-to-end talent acquisition by building hiring plans, enabling hiring managers, scaling AI-supported recruiting processes, and strengthening Tanso's employer brand to attract exceptional talent. Define and evolve Tanso's total rewards strategy, including compensation philosophy, salary benchmarking, pay equity, and competitive benefits.
