Team Lead Regulatory Compliance
You will lead and enhance the compliance framework and ensure compliance with MiCAR MiFID II and related EU financial services regulations You will act as a strategic partner to senior management and as part of the second line of defense You will drive regulatory implementation oversee compliance risk management and support the compliant growth of crypto assets and investment services You will provide compliance by design guidance for new products and initiatives partnering with Legal Risk Product and Engineering
Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance compliance frameworks under MiFID II and MiCAR including monitoring activities risk assessments and control structures
- Manage and mentor a team of compliance professionals fostering a high performance environment and a strong compliance culture
- Drive regulatory change initiatives supervisory reviews audits and direct interactions with competent regulatory authorities
- Oversee market conduct and surveillance including investor protection frameworks and market abuse monitoring
- Provide compliance by design advice for new products and business initiatives partnering closely with Legal Risk Product and Engineering
Requirements
- 7+ years of compliance experience in financial services fintech or crypto and a degree in Law Finance or Business
