Opening in Fall 2026, Avivo Village Central Minnesota is bringing Avivo's innovative approach to ending homelessness to St. Cloud.
As a Team Lead, Resident Advocates, you'll help launch a brand-new program, lead and support front-line staff, conduct resident intakes, and create a safe, welcoming environment where residents can work toward housing stability and long-term success.
Founding Team Opportunity: Help shape the culture, operations, and participant experience of Avivo Village Central Minnesota from day one.
Schedule Requirement: This position is scheduled to work 3rd Shift (10:00 PM-6:30 AM) on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Applicants must be able to work this schedule.

What You'll Do
- Lead and provide work direction to Resident Advocates during assigned shifts
- Coach, train, and support staff while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
- Conduct resident intakes, complete eligibility and admission paperwork, and help create a welcoming experience for new residents
- Ensure a safe, welcoming, and person-centered environment for residents and staff
- Respond to participant concerns, emergencies, and crisis situations using de-escalation and problem-solving skills
- Support admissions, participant transitions, and day-to-day shelter operations
- Maintain accurate participant records, housing documentation, and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with program leadership and community partners to support positive participant outcomes
- Support Housing First, Wellness & Safety, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care practices throughout the program
- Monitor program operations and identify opportunities to strengthen services, quality, and participant outcomes
