Team lead - Senior Developer (Mobile)

We are a highly skilled team with extensive product development and scaling experience. The team at Deploy has been building numerous products for hypergrowth startup and unicorn companies.
Job Description
We are looking for a strong tech team lead to kick start an exciting new fintech product, together with the product manager. The project is mostly a cross platform app and with an extension as a web app.
Together with the PM and Deploy's experienced team, you will set the stack, architecture and delivery plan for the MVP.
As a Senior Mobile Developer at Deploy You:
- Have taken a lead role in building both web and mobile applications
- Are highly skilled in at least one modern backend language/framework, e.g., Node/Express, Ruby/Rails, Python/Django, PHP/Laravel, Go, Elixir, etc.
- Are highly skilled in JavaScript.
- Currently used technologies in selection include Node, Express, Elixir, Ruby on Rails, RabbitMQ, Sidekiq, Elasticsearch, TypeScript, GraphQL
- Are comfortable with agile and Test Driven Development
- Have a strong experience in choosing languages, frameworks and application architecture for new projects.
- Are exposed to the whole product development process, in an environment where your ideas count
- Participate in code review, to make sure we ship the best possible code
- Are involved in infrastructure work such as cloud server orchestration, with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and Ansible
- Work closely with the core business team, fellow developers and UX experts to plan and execute product releases with an agile team.
- Have a good sense of code quality and knowing when and where to enforce it
