Infor is hiring a Team Lead in Hyderabad to lead development of Agentic Hub, an AI platform for engaging with AI agents, automations, and intelligent experiences. The role combines hands-on full-stack coding (Angular, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, AWS) with mentoring engineers, driving architecture, and establishing CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Infor is looking for an experienced Team Lead to lead the development of Agentic Hub, an innovative AI-focused platform designed to accelerate how users engage with AI agents, automations, and intelligent experiences. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership with hands-on expertise across both frontend and backend technologies and the ability to guide engineering teams in delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across frontend and backend development.
- Drive technical design, architecture decisions, and development best practices.
- Provide hands-on development support using Angular, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, GenAI, and Platform Engineering teams to align technical execution with business goals.
- Define and implement scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Ensure high engineering quality through code reviews, technical guidance, and design standards.
- Drive adoption of reusable frameworks, shared components, and platform capabilities.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of engineering talent.
- Foster collaboration across globally distributed teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of technical leadership or team management experience.
- Strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Proven experience designing and developing enterprise-grade applications.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies.
- Experience implementing CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience using an AI coding tool in daily development work (e.g., Claude Code, AWS Kiro, OpenAI Codex, or a comparable AI-assisted coding tool).
- Baseline AI literacy: understands how AI works and where it can go wrong, recognizes where it's useful, can direct it effectively, evaluates its outputs before relying on them, and uses it responsibly.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical design and architecture discussions.
- Experience developing AI-powered applications or GenAI-enabled solutions, including familiarity with agent frameworks (e.g., Spring AI, LangChain4j) and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Strong understanding of adaptive UX and modern user experience design principles.
- Experience building reusable platforms, frameworks, and SDKs.
- Exposure to automation platforms and platform engineering practices.
- Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams.
- Passion for emerging AI technologies and innovation.
- Awareness of responsible-AI concerns such as explainability, auditability, and guardrails
