Team Lead System Administrator

Leads a team of system administrators supporting macOS and Windows environments for a B2B iGaming company, automating IT processes and managing SaaS tools like Google Workspace and Slack.

We are currently looking for a Team Lead System Administrator to help us ensure the stability, efficiency, and smooth performance of our systems π
Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator / IT Operations Specialist.
- Team Lead experience.
- Strong experience supporting macOS and Windows environments.
- Ability to build, document, and improve IT processes, not only execute routine tasks.
- Experience in 1st and 2nd line support with strong technical depth.
- Accuracy and discipline in managing hardware, inventory, software licenses, and access rights.
- Understanding of SaaS administration and server-side infrastructure.
- Ability to identify repetitive tasks and automate or standardize them.
- Strong ownership mindset: ability to take responsibility for an area and bring it to a predictable, organized state.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for internal users across macOS and Windows environments.
- Analyze recurring support requests and turn them into documented processes, checklists, automations, or self-service solutions.
- Build and maintain clear IT operations documentation, including runbooks, onboarding/offboarding flows, access management rules, hardware lifecycle processes, and incident response steps.
- Manage hardware inventory, procurement, device preparation, software licenses, and equipment handover/return processes.
- Administer Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password, and other internal SaaS tools.
- Perform basic administration of Atlassian tools, including , Confluence, and related workflows.
- Help reduce manual routine in the IT department by improving workflows, introducing automation, and organizing recurring tasks into clear systems.
Nice to have:
- Experience designing or improving IT support processes in a growing company.
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Bash, Python, or similar.
- Experience configuring and operating MDM systems such as Mosyle, Kandji, Intune, or similar.
- Experience with Automation, Slack API integrations, or internal workflow automation.
- Experience with asset management systems, service desk tools, or access management processes.
- Ability to create practical documentation that other team members can actually use.
