Must adhere to the KYC guidelines and drive the team accordingly.
Drive productivity from team ensuring the compliance guidelines
Must be involved in auditing VKYC calls and review if the officer is following the compliance guidelines
Must have ability to train and coach the team.
Identify and highlight critical issues to senior management
Must be involved in continuous process improvement to strengthen the channel.
Must coach and motivate VKYC officers to optmise productivity

Manage bank staff handling VKYC process

Experience Range : 4 to 10 Years
