We invite a compassionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Team Lead Withdrawal Management Specialist. This position coordinates and monitors patient activities and daily operations of the assigned withdrawal management during the assigned shift. Efficiently multitask and delegate work to others.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assign tasks to employees on shift.Cover the shift if the assigned employee calls in or fails to show up.
Addresses and resolves patients’ inquiries and complaints.Cleans and organizes work area as needed.Orders supplies and products.Reports losses, employee behavioral issues, patient complaints, and other significant issues to upper-level management.
Adheres to and enforces company policies and guidelines.
Assists in interviewing applicants for open positions.
Oversees employee training sessions.
