Team Leader (Crew Lead) - Moving & Storage

The Team Leader is responsible for leading the moving and packing crew on site, ensuring every job is completed safely, on time, and to the standard our customers expect. Strong communication is at the heart of this role — with the crew, with the office, and with the customer. • Lead the assigned crew on each move, allocating tasks and keeping the job on schedule. • Communicate clearly with customers on site — explaining the process, answering questions, and representing Easytruck professionally at all times. • Brief the team before each job and keep them coordinated throughout the day. • Drive the company vehicle to and from job sites safely and responsibly. • Ensure all items are packed, handled, loaded, and unloaded with care to prevent damage. • Complete and check all job paperwork (inventory, check-in/out, customer sign-off) accurately. • Manage time across the job so the crew meets the agreed schedule and start times. • Report any issues, delays, damages, or customer concerns to the office promptly. • Enforce safety and proper lifting/handling practices within the team.

• Good communication in English — clear, polite, and confident with customers and team (essential). • Team management — able to lead, motivate, and coordinate a crew on site. • Time management — keeps jobs on schedule and uses the working day efficiently. • Team player — hands-on, supportive, and willing to work alongside the crew. • Basic computer skills (email, simple forms, mobile job apps). • Calm and professional manner, especially with difficult customers or tight timelines. • Valid UAE driving licence — mandatory. • Previous experience in moving, logistics, or a similar hands-on team role (preferred but not necessary). • Physically fit and able to handle the demands of moving work. • Reliable, punctual, and presentable Kindly note that only candidates within the UAE will be shortlisted and contacted.
