Salary conditions

2 000 EUR/month

We offer a salary discussion starting at this amount. The final salary level depends on professional qualifications and experience.

Purpose and job description

Your role as a Team Leader will be:

• Coordination of sales and service activities with the aim of effective sales of products and services to clients.
• Sale of banking products, services, and third-party products.
• Providing information and advice to clients with the aim of maximizing bank revenues.
• Performing financial intermediation of products and services from the portfolio of subsidiaries and contractual partners of the company.
• Ensuring the fulfillment of the branch's business and financial plan tasks.
• Mentoring and coaching of newly hired employees and continuous support of the sales team at the branch.
• Ad-hoc reporting.

Required experience

The position is suitable for candidates with education:

• high school with a school-leaving exam (maturita)
• Experience in the position/field

Required skills, qualifications, and knowledge

You are an ideal candidate for us if:

• you have a high school education with a school-leaving exam,
• excellent written and oral expression in the Slovak language,
• strong client orientation,
• analytical thinking,
• natural sales skills,
• goal-oriented,
• high flexibility and proactive approach,
• communication skills,
• ability to make decisions and take responsibility,
• PC skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

It is an advantage if you have:

• university education,
• knowledge of the English language,
• knowledge of banking products and processes,
• experience with team management and employee development.
