YOUR ROLE AND MAIN TASKS
Daily Control and Reporting: Oversee and monitor the daily operations of our external warehouse and supply chain activities, ensuring timely reporting and analysis of performance and issues.
Coordination and Development: Lead the coordination and development of internal processes related to logistics, including forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain projects.
Problem-Solving: Address challenges related to transportation, inbound and outbound operations, resolving any issues as they arise in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Collaboration with Internal Departments: Serve as the key point of contact between the logistics team and other internal departments, offering expertise on logistics-related matters.
Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze current supply chain processes and work with internal teams and the warehouse to develop and implement optimization strategies for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
WHAT WE EXPECT
Fluent English, both spoken and written.
Demonstrated leadership experience within a organizational structure, ideally with responsibility for cross-functional or cross-site logistics operations.
Strong, hands-on experience specifically focused on warehouse operations (ideally involving external warehousing models).
Experience in coordinating with multiple internal departments to ensure alignment on logistics objectives.
Availability to work on-site at our office in Wrocław
