TEAM LEADER - MERCHANDISING

(ST. ANN)

POSITION SUMMARY

The incumbent is responsible for assisting with the planning, directing, and monitoring of activities of the Merchandisers, to ensure the implementation of merchandising activities and achievement of the Company’s goals.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

Minimum Requirements

• An Associate Degree or Diploma in Sales or Marketing from reputable tertiary institution
• 5 CXC or GCE O’Levels, including English Language and a numeric subject.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Merchandiser or two (2) years in a similar capacity.
• Training in Customer Service and a valid Food Handlers Permit.

• Possess an unquestionable character, and a disciplined work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Highly developed analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Good people and leadership skills
• Be willing to travel extensively, work long hours and sometimes on weekends.
• Possess a valid driver’s license; own and operate a reliable motor vehicle.
• Live in or near the assigned territory.
• Applicants with a proven track record in selling FMCG will have an advantage.
