Our team is looking for an experienced technical leader with a strong background in fintech insurance solutions, preferably within the Saudi market. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with leadership capabilities and hands-on development experience in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable fintech insurance solutions
- Guide development teams through technical challenges and best practices
- Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals

Requirements
Key requirements:
- Proven experience in fintech and insurance domain projects
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market and related business practices is highly preferred

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
