  • with the client (takes care of his satisfaction with the daily work of the team),
  • with the organization (takes care of communicating the strategy to team members),
  • self-service (takes care of modern knowledge about management and processes taking place in the company).

Required skills :

  • minimum 3 years of experience in the IT industry, including 2 year in a leadership / managerial role,
  • knowledge and skills in the field of Agile methodologies, team management and IT project management,
  • very good communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills (internal and external),
  • high business awareness (very good knowledge of the IT industry, its conditions and their impact on the company),

-English level min. B2.
-Polish level B2.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Gathering critical information from meetings and producing useful reports.
  • Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Setting clear team goals and KPIs.
  • Delegation of tasks and set project deadlines.
  • Overview day-to-day teams’ operation and performance.
  • Monitoring of team performance and reporting on metrics.
  • Managing competing resources and priorities.
  • Updating, implementing and maintaining processes.
  • Regular performance evaluation.
  • Creating a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere.
  • Motivating team members.
  • Discovering training needs and providing coaching.
  • Listening to team members’ feedback and resolving any issues or conflicts.
  • Planning and organizing team-building activities.
