Summary
Oversee a hotel security team to enforce safety protocols, protect guests and staff, and ensure compliance with brand standards and local laws.
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader - Security is responsible to supervise closely all Security Officers in the performance of their duties in accordance with Hotel Policies & Procedures and applicable laws.
