Team Leader (Telecommunication Networks)

Key responsibilities and tasks:* As a Team Leader, you will act as the supervisor of your unit's telecommunications installers* You will be responsible for the contracting, scheduling, planning, quality, invoicing, safety and resourcing of the unit's open cabling systems* You will be responsible for the daily profitability of the unit's projects* Your tasks will include project bid calculations and ordering materials* You will communicate with customers (mainly developers) and various stakeholders* Reporting on production and resultsRequirements:* Bachelor's degree in ICT or electrical engineering or equivalent* 1-3 years of experience in similar positions* Willingness and desire to develop as a supervisor* Commercial mindset and desire to grow the business* Excellent interaction and collaboration skills* Good IT skills (MS Office)* The position requires fluent Finnish and English language skills
