We are looking for a Team Manager AI to lead and develop our AI team, shape our AI portfolio and drive innovative solutions from concept to production. Your role: Lead, coach and grow a high-performing AI team. Translate business strategy into a clear AI roadmap, portfolio and priorities. Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases. Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from discovery to production and adoption. Provide technical direction across AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and AI agents. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable and aligned with Responsible AI principles. Collaborate closely with Product, Data, Architecture, Platform, Security, Privacy, Legal and business stakeholders. Drive AI adoption, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. #LI-DNI
