Team Manager

As the Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our customer care team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage a team of Customer Care Executives, providing them with the necessary guidance, support, and motivation to deliver exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment, ensuring that our team members are equipped with the skills and resources needed to excel in their roles.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a team leadership role, preferably in a customer care environment.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team, demonstrating effective leadership skills.
