About the role Are you an experienced technical leader who enjoys developing people, improving operational processes and delivering excellent customer service? As Team Manager, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for delivering and maintaining a wide range of data center infrastructure solutions. These include dedicated and colocation racks, shared racks for dedicated servers, and the configuration and deployment of customer network equipment. You will oversee daily technical operations, ensure efficient service delivery and maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
