• ストアマネージャーが策定したビジネス戦略を実行し、クライアンテリングおよび各種業績KPIの達成を通じて店舗の成果向上に貢献する。
• チームのロールモデルおよびメンターとして、以下の取り組みを推進・強化する。

• クチュールサービスの提供、戦略的ゾーニング、チーム連携による販売活動、およびOne-to-One（OTO）アポイントメント活動の推進
• 従業員を中心に考えるマインドセットの醸成と、カテゴリーを横断したシームレスな顧客体験の提供
• コンバージョン率、クロスセル、AVT（平均購入単価）、アップセルの向上

• 顧客体験およびクライアンテリング活動において、デジタルツールやデジタルアセットの活用を推進する。
• 朝礼や商品勉強会を通じて、チーム全員が商品知識を習得・向上できる環境を整える。
• 販売スキルおよびクライアンテリングスキル向上のため、チームメンバーへのコーチングを行うとともに、ストアマネージャーと連携して各メンバーに適したキャリアパスの検討を支援する。
• 定期的な1on1ミーティング（月次面談）を効果的に実施し、メンバーの成長とモチベーション向上を支援する。
