Team Member A (Soldering)
CompX Grayslake is a leading manufacturer of highly engineered mechanical and electromechanical locking devices, systems for world class original equipment manufacturers and manufacture of precision instruments, throttles, marine products, and accessories.
Position Requirements:
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
- Experience in soldering, a plus.
- Ability to assemble electronic parts and work with small parts.
- Knowledge of terminal crimping and wire cutting.
- Wire harness testing and troubleshooting.
- Ability to communicate with peers and work closing with engineers.
- Ability to train employees.
- Ability to follow work instructions and internal control plans.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Requirements:
- High School Diploma, Soldering Certification and/or some college.
- Leadership Skills a plus.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Frequent standing and walking.
