Known for handcrafted smoothies, bowls, and freshly baked pretzels, Jamba and Auntie Anne’s deliver crave-worthy favorites that make everyday moments better. We’re looking for enthusiastic, dependable Team Members to join our team and help create those feel-good experiences for every guest.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service
• Prepare and serve Jamba smoothies, bowls, beverages, and Auntie Anne’s products to brand standards
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized
• Work together with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Flexible availability, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays
• TB clearance required, if applicable by location
• 0 to 1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments, including blenders, prep areas, freezers, and walk-ins
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems
• Ability to taste-test products for quality
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills
• Food Handler Certification, current or ability to obtain within 30 days
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and register systems
