- Responsible for management reporting, analytics, and trend analysis to support decision-making.
- Prepare key business reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Generate and share daily/weekly MIS with business heads.
- Provide region-specific reporting support to Relationship Managers and teams.
- Manage master data mapping and ensure data accuracy across WBG segments.
- Track performance via KRA leaderboards for RMs, PSMs, and team leaders.
- Support system development, automation, and cross-functional coordination for improved efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in MIS, management reporting, or analytics (preferably in banking/financial services).
- Strong proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Good understanding of business performance metrics and corporate banking/WBG processes.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage large datasets and ensure data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a problem-solving mindset.
