Team Member

Team Members create a top-notch experience for every guest who walks through our doors. As front-line team members, you’ll scoop, serve, smile, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Title: Clumpies Team Member

Responsibilities:

• Model appropriate guest and team interactions always displaying Clumpies values
• Provide outstanding guest service with a warm, friendly attitude leaving a lasting impression
• Scoop ice cream and serve all items on our menu with accuracy and care
• Operate the register and handle transactions confidently
• Maintain shop cleanliness including counters, tables, and back‑of‑house areas
• Restock supplies and merchandise to keep the shop running smoothly
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Assist team members and Team Leaders to ensure efficient, positive shifts
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications & Experience:

· Guest service experience preferred but not required

· Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

· Ability to multitask in a busy environment

· Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money.

· Ability to provide a flexible schedule to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.

· Required to regularly use hands and fingers. Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds. Required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouch frequently. Must be able to stand regularly.
